Process

Stage One: Information Gathering

In this initial stage, we collect all the necessary information to ensure an accurate and high-quality representation of the project. This includes: Detailed architectural plans. Visual and aesthetic references provided by the client. Ideas, requirements, and objectives of the project. The goal is to gather as many details as possible to ensure a faithful and quality visualization. Once all this information is reviewed and agreed upon, the client proceeds with an initial payment of 60% of the project cost to begin the following stages.

Stage Two: 3D Modeling and Initial Setup

Using the provided information, we start creating the three-dimensional (3D) model of the project. During this stage, we also: Define camera proposals for visualization. Apply base textures and conduct lighting tests. Maintain constant communication with the client to ensure alignment with their expectations. The results are presented to the client for initial adjustments to colors, materials, and lighting, setting the foundation for final detailing.

Stage Three: Detail Adjustments and Revisions

After finalizing the color palette and lighting based on the client’s feedback: Two rounds of revisions are included to make adjustments to the images. Changes allowed in this stage are limited to colors, lighting, and textures, with no modifications to the architectural design. Final textures are applied, and the adjusted images are sent for approval.

Stage Four: Final Preview

Once the adjustments are complete: The final images are delivered in medium resolution for one last review by the client. After approval, the final rendering in high resolution begins to ensure the desired level of detail and quality.

Stage Five: Delivery and Completion

With the project fully rendered: The client completes the remaining 40% payment of the total cost. Once the payment is confirmed, a download link is provided with the final high-resolution images.
